Be the voice of SHIFT. You'll own the entire customer experience — from onboarding new users to resolving complex technical issues across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms.

What you'll do

—Tier 1 & 2 technical support across email, chat, and text
—Troubleshoot device enrollment, MDM configurations, and app-blocking edge cases
—Build and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and internal playbooks
—Surface user feedback to the product team to improve SHIFT

What we're looking for

—Exceptional communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
—AI-native — you use AI tools daily and instinctively
—Mild software skills — comfortable navigating codebases, logs, and developer tools
—Experience with customer service, technical support, or a related role
—Well versed in Front CRM
Mid-Level Software Developer

We're looking for a developer who builds with intensity and taste. You'll work across the full stack — Electron, React, Node, Swift, and mobile MDM infrastructure — shipping features that directly impact thousands of users.

What you'll do

—Build and ship product features across desktop, web, and mobile platforms
—Own features end-to-end — from architecture to deployment
—Solve hard, novel problems in device management and app restriction
—AI-native development — it's how you build, not an add-on
